To change or cancel an order prior to it being shipped, customers should contact our customer service support team as soon as possible. There is a 12-hour processing window in which orders can be canceled or changed in any way. Once the items have been shipped and passed on to the courier, cancelation are not eligible.
Refund are only eligible within 24 hours of receiving. A refund should will be eligible if the items are damaged when received, or incorrect. Seller will refund the purchase price, less the shipping charges for all items eligible for return. If the return is being made due to a mistake on the seller’s behalf, the seller is responsible for providing the customer a prepaid shipping label. There are no refunds after 24 hours.
