Do you ship internationally?

We ship international! We are proud to ship throughout the US and internationally!

 Where's my package?

The responsibility for shipment and delivery once passed on to the carrier, is then placed on the carrier. Any delayed not on the seller's behave, is placed on the carrier. We recommend to contact the carrier to locate your shipment if not received within the time frame given.

What about domestic shipping?

For all USA shipments, we use ship through USPS and UPS. You can track your package from when it leaves our warehouse through its final destination.

 

What about international shipping?

For all international shipments, we use DHL and UPS. We offer both standard and express shipping.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight shipping is calculated during checkout.

How long will it take to receive my package?

After ordering 24-48 hours to process the order.  After the order has been processed a shipping label will be created. After the label is created you will be sent a tracking number via email. Once packages are dropped to the post office you will receive your package in one of three ways depending on the service chosen.

  • Express: 2 Business Days
  • Standard: 3-5 Business Days
  • International Orders: 10-14 Business Days

 

When does the package ship?

Orders are processed for shipment within 2-3 days. Processing maybe delayed if the order was placed around the Holidays or on a weekend.

Orders placed Friday after 12 pm will be processed by Monday Morning.

Order is not be processed or shipped on the weekend. Please do not purchase next day air or two day shipping on the weekends, because processing times are only for business days. 

If Friday or Monday was a Holiday, please add an additional day for processing.

 

Will I be charged duty fees?

Our company is based in the USA. All of our US orders are free of duty fees.

While most of our orders are free of any Import Taxes or Duty Fees, we cannot be held responsible for any taxes, seizures or fees from importing our product. By complying with all local standards and regulations, we do our very best avoid any possible charges your country may assess your shipment. The final decision is decided by your country's import regulations. You may contact your local customs agent if you have any questions regarding additional fees on your shipment.

 

How do I track my package?

We send a tracking link to track your package in all shipping confirmation emails!

 

I did not receive a shipping or order confirmation?

Please email us at support@kleway.com to confirm your order was placed. Our emails could be ending up in your spam box or an incorrect email was entered at the time of checkout.
